What everybody asks
The ones that come up on every call. If yours is not here, text us and ask it.
What is this going to cost me?
You get 2 numbers before any work starts: a price to build it, and a monthly to keep it running. Both come on the one page, 2 days after the shop visit. There is no price list, because the number depends on which of the 5 we build first and that comes out of the visit. Nothing up to that point costs you anything. If you say go, there is a $1,000 deposit and it comes off your first invoice.
How fast can you start?
The first call is 30 minutes and can usually happen this week. The shop visit is an hour. You have a price and a date on one page 2 days after that. If you say go, the first thing is live and in use in 2 weeks. First call to working system is usually under a month.
Is a robot going to talk to my customers?
Yes, and it tells them so. It is an agent that answers for you, built to sound like your business in your words, not like a script that came with the software. It has hard limits. It never quotes a price, never promises a time, and never commits you to anything. It asks what you would ask and hands the whole thing to you. If it ever says something you do not like, we change it that week.
Do my guys have to learn a new app?
No. It runs on what they already have open. No new login, no training, nothing for anybody to remember. If it needed training it would not get used, and a system your guys work around is worse than no system.
Are you tracking my guys?
No. No location, no timers, no scorecards, no productivity reports. It captures what the work was, not where anybody stood. If what you want is a tracking product, we are not the ones to build it.
Am I locked in?
No contract and no term. You pay monthly and you can stop. Most of this takes a couple of months to show what it is worth, so we would rather you give it that long, but that is our advice and not something you sign.
How is this different from what I already pay for?
Those are places you go. You open them, you write the thing, you remember to send it. That is the part that does not happen on a busy week. This runs whether you open anything or not, and what goes out sounds like you instead of like everybody else's reminder.
What happens when it breaks?
You call or text us. 30 days of fixes are included after it goes live, and after that it is covered by the monthly. Most changes go out the same week.
Do I own it?
Yes. Your accounts, your data, your logins. If you ever stop working with us it keeps running and you keep the keys.
What do you need to get into?
Less than you think, and nothing until you say go. The one page tells you exactly what access it takes before you decide.
There are 2 of us. What if you get hit by a bus?
Fair question, and most people are too polite to ask it. Everything runs on accounts you own and gets written down in language your office can follow, so nothing only works while we are around. We would rather you ask now than find out later.
